Solid floor insulation is a difficult fabric measure to install. The options are to dig up the concrete floor and insulate. Or use the available space to create a floating insulated floor. The thickness could be 30-50mm of insulation. This will be a lesser provision of insulation compared to the requirements in Part L. What are your thoughts on how we consider installing this measure?
