With regard to installations in Scotland where Changeworks or Warmworks are involved and no ECO, funding installers are of the opinion that all work can still be done to PAS 2017 as these were competitive tenders from late 2019 and have been held up by Covid 19. Is there an answer for this or should that be directed to Trustmark?
