Providing our customers a full range of energy efficiency solutions is something we do every day at Baxter Kelly.
We not only complete work for individual home owners nationwide, but also for construction companies, local authorities, housing associations, insurance companies and loss adjusters.

Eco-Friendly
In addition to the reduction in energy usage from the work undertaken, we use dedicated vans to transport only the materials required. This means that there is no waste, and no excess material being taken to landfill.

We pride ourselves on our customer service. All our installers are trained in treating customers with respect and sensitivity. Should it be necessary, customer issues are handled at the most senior level wherever possible.
Local Commitment
We have always tried to use local labour wherever possible, hiring new staff if we start doing significant work further afield. We also work with and sponsor local community endeavours, such as charities and children’s groups.

Union Technical Services Ltd was formed in 2013 by our two directors Owen Coyle and Michael Sweeney. Having already worked within the Renovation and Building Industry, both were able to agree that there was a need to create a service which was all encompassing for Energy Efficiency Renovations. The company was created with the intention of becoming the UK’s Best “Whole House” Energy Efficiency Contractor and we are well on the way to achieving that!

In 2020, we reviewed our business plan and established a new set of common goals for the business, which will be our main drivers in taking the business forward. We called this our ‘crazy goal’ because it is ambitious and bold.
There are 594,000 social housing properties in Scotland. Based on Scottish Government statistics, an estimated 25% of those households are living in Fuel Poverty, with a further 11.3% living in Extreme Fuel Poverty. In addition to households having to decide between food and heat, Fuel Poverty causes significant health and wellbeing issues to the tenants.
This is abhorrent and unacceptable to the entire M-Four team. Working with our clients and partners, we intend over the next ten years to remove every one of those households from living in Fuel Poverty, where possible.
