Retrofit assessments may be completed and recorded using any of the software platforms. A single measure could then be installed by a Retrofit installer & Co ordinator using another application. 12 months later another measure, or suite of measures may be installed by a different installer & Co-ordinator using another software application again. As we currently understand it the information from the original Retrofit Assessment would not be available to the Retrofit installer and Coordinator if they are using a different application and it appears that information may not be transferrable between them. Over the lifetime of a property this scenario may be repeated several times. How are we to overcome it and avoid incurring additional costs for the customer and generating more work?
