Is the coordinator still expected to sign off the installation and commissioning of newly installed extract fans, or will this become a competent person scheme whereby the qualified installer fits, commissions, tests and provides a certificate of compliance in accordance with the conventions and Part F regulations and the RC can then use the CPS certificate as compliance?
