IRT were established 20 years ago to provide thermal imaging to social housing providers. Since then the company has developed software that automates retrofit decision making. IRT have thermally imaged more than 350,000 homes and today DREam hosts close to 1M social homes for around 100 clients. In 2021, IRT won an SHDF demonstrator project with Aberdeen City Council. Today we have £7B to invest in the sector and are seeking projects to deploy funding either via PPA or low interest debt.
