Greater South East Energy Hub

The Greater South East Energy Hub (GSEEH) is an initiative funded by the Department of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) as part of government policy to deliver clean growth. The purpose of the GSEEH is to support the development of local, low carbon energy projects in the region, bringing forward business cases that can attract investment in energy infrastructure. The GSEEH have a strategic and administrative role in delivering the Green Home Grant Local Authority Phase 2 scheme. GSEEH is one of five Local Energy Hubs operational in England. The GSEEH covers eleven Local Enterprise Partnership areas (LEPs) in the Greater South East region. These LEPs provide the strategic direction and governance for the GSEEH. The GSEEH works through the LEPs and their partner organisations to engage with a wide range of organisations.
