I see that ECO managing agents are setting up a PAS umbrella and RC sign off service. I would be interested to hear your view on this and whether you believe that this process would allow for a PAS2035 compliant journey, especially if the RC has had nothing to do with the initial triage process, or discussion with the customer about the intended outcomes and especially, if the RC sign off is undertaken after the works have been completed?
