I have been a Retrofit Co-ordinator for a number of years now working on a number of schemes with the Retrofitworks co-operative including GLA Warmer Homes and some of the LAD schemes as well as individual client work. I ran a small green building company for 10 years  and still build green roofs alongside my consultancy work. I offer full PAS2035 retrofit co-ordination services and also have a team of assessors for projects. I have developed a full PAS 2035 home report that fulfils all the criteria required and goes beyond to provide bespoke commentary on each aspect of the property and all in a user friendly format to show to the client, this can be sent as a PDF or a web page. I am based in London and can cover most of the south east of England, Essex, Hertfordshire etc.
